Terms and
Conditions
By using this bot service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Last updated: June 20261. Service Description
The TikTok Upload Bot is a tool designed to facilitate video uploads to TikTok via a bot interface. The service acts solely as an intermediary bridge between your device and the official TikTok API.
Using this bot also requires full compliance with the Terms of Service of both the messaging platform used and TikTok.
2. Acceptable Use
By utilizing this service, you strictly agree to:
- Upload only content that you own or have the necessary explicit rights to distribute.
- Not use the bot to distribute illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing material.
- Not attempt to access or publish to other users' accounts without authorization.
- Adhere to TikTok's Community Guidelines and content policies at all times.
- Not use the bot for spam, automated manipulation, or unauthorized mass publishing.
3. Authentication and Data Model
The bot requests access to your TikTok account exclusively through the official OAuth 2.0 authorization flow provided by TikTok. Our platform operates on a strict no-data-collection model. We do not ask for, process, or store your TikTok login credentials, personal contact information (such as email or phone number), or any user favorites/preferences.
Authorized access tokens are stored securely in our encrypted server environment and are strictly utilized to execute video uploads on your behalf.
4. Published Content
You are the sole entity responsible for the content you choose to publish through the bot. The operator of this service does not review, moderate, or assume any liability for the videos uploaded to TikTok using this tool.
TikTok reserves the right to remove or restrict any content that violates its internal policies, regardless of the method used to upload it.
5. Service Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of continuous uptime. Interruptions may occur due to:
- Scheduled or emergency server maintenance.
- Updates or deprecations in the TikTok API.
- Force majeure events.
We are not liable for any delays, failures, or losses resulting from service interruptions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the bot operator shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss or the suspension of your TikTok account.
7. Modifications
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in functionality or API compliance requirements. Continued use of the bot following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
